Former talk show host Wendy Williams has been diagnosed with progressive aphasia and frontotemporal dementia, as revealed by her representatives in a press release. According to the Mayo Clinic, the condition impacts communication, both written and spoken.

A Lifetime documentary produced by her family is set to release soon.
