Shelomi Sanders, a promising basketball talent, has officially committed to Alabama A&M, as shown in her vlog-style video capturing her recruiting visit. Despite starting her college career at Jackson State and later transferring to the University of Colorado following her father Deion Sanders, Shelomi has found her place at Alabama A&M, where she’s excited to contribute to the Bulldogs’ basketball program. With her skills and enthusiasm, she adds a new dynamic to the team, especially as the team prepares for a new conference transition season after Jackson State’s head coach Tomeka Reed has recently decided to leave for UNC Charlotte.
During this past season with the Buffalo women’s basketball team, Shelomi played as a redshirt freshman in five games for 11 minutes, scoring three points, three rebounds, and one steal.
