Black-owned companies are teaming up to provide resources for black, indigenous, and people of color who want to succeed in the tech industry. Tech company Skilldora is joining forces with the Robert Innovation Group to offer its platform to students at HBCUs. Skilldora uses AI-generated instructor-led courses to help HBCUs generate revenue and provide accredited skill-based certifications to their student body. Skilldora aims to revolutionize the educational journey for students and help them obtain online certifications that will significantly benefit them in the tech industry. Skilldora founder DeMario McIlwain stated, “The overarching goal is to empower HBCUs, help raise funds, and provide students with the tools they need to succeed in a job market that increasingly demands advanced knowledge and skills.”
