A 25-year-old Wisconsin woman by the name of Taylor Schabusiness was accused of decapitating her lover during a meth-fueled escapade last year randomly attacked her own lawyer in the courtroom. On Tuesday, Schabusiness jumped her attorney Quinn Jolly in a Greenbay, Wisconsin courtroom after a key witness failed to appear in court. on her behalf. The witness was set to testify about Schabusiness’s mental state to which Jolly was expected to introduce testimony from an expert witness in court. When that didn’t occur, he informed Judge Thomas Walsh that the witness had not yet completed his report and asked for two more weeks for the testimony to take place. After placing this request, Schabusiness attacked him. She is currently charged with first-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault after the victim’s mother discovered her son’s severed head in a bucket in her home. She has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental illness or defect.
